(GREEN BAY) - Matt Bahr kicked his fifth field goal, a 45-yarder with 28 seconds to play, to lift the Browns over the Packers. The Browns drove 52 yards in 10 plays to set up Bahr's winning kick after rookie kicker Eddie Garcia had booted a 55-yard field goal, longest in Green Bay history, to put the Packers ahead 20-18 with 2:53 left. A 28-yard pass from reserve quarterback Paul McDonald to Dan Fulton set up Bahr's winning kick. Garcia, who spent all but one game last season on the injured reserve list, kicked his second field goal to cap a 42-yard, seven-play drive that started on the Packers 20 with 6 minutes left. Garcia's field goal surpassed a 53-yarder by Jan Stenerud against Tampa Bay on Nov. 21, 1981.
